Mental Health in School

If we’re being honest, maintaining your mental health is one of the most important aspects of succeeding in school. A couple ways we learned how to maintain our mental health includes: therapy sessions, mental breaks during school (days-off), and participating in activities non-school related. Physical Health in School

Honestly, we learned that our mental health improved, as well as success in school, when we maintained our physical health in school. We understand it is hard to cook healthy meals while you’re stressed with finals and papers. HOWEVER, being physically healthy to the best of your ability, even at your most stressed moments, will come through and have you feeling golden when you’re going through! Going to the gym, cooking healthy and affordable meals, and nature walks are some of our favorite activities to maintain our physical health.
